Meet Our Team
Our team is dedicated to providing our physicians and patients with the best in custom made medications. Our easy to use ordering and delivery system makes it convenient and economical. We are pleased to introduce our staff:
Dr. Alan Goldman
Dr. Alan Goldman, M.D., F.A.C.S is the medical director for Hemorrhoid Centers of America and iFoundRelief. We are dedicated to providing our physicians and their patients’ innovative, high quality custom medications for a variety of medical conditions. Dr. Goldman’s experience, caring for thousands of patients with hemorrhoids and fissures, led him to recognize the need for consistent quality, fairly priced, compounded medications.
Dr. Goldman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Michigan State University and his Medical degree from the University of Michigan. He did his Surgical Residency at Emory University where he was also a Research associate in Gastrointestinal Surgery and Hormones.
Dr. Goldman was the first Chief of Surgery at North Fulton Hospital where he also served as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. His leadership at North Fulton led to the formation of their Level II Trauma Center where he served as the Trauma Center Director.
Dr. Goldman was the first physicians in the Southeast to use the CRH O’Regan ligation system. They found topical NTG and Lidocaine improved the office experience for their patients. These formulas help relieve pain, heal fissures, reduce bleeding, heal most thromboses, and allow for a better outcome. The use of the CRH O’Regan ligation system and the use of custom compound medications has helped patients avoid surgery in over 95% of cases.
